For more than a decade, Working Out Loud has helped thousands of people accomplish meaningful goals, build relationships, and feel more connected at work.
In 2026, I’m making it easier than ever for organizations to begin.
Start small
If you want to try WOL, you can now begin with just one WOL Circle.
A Circle costs only €250 (or €175 for nonprofits). That’s less than many workshops or online courses, yet it creates real change—weeks of reflection, connection, and progress—for a group of up to five people.
Make it your own
Once organizations see how WOL works, they discover new places to use it: onboarding, leadership development, cross-team collaboration, change initiatives, and more.
Many will then want to tailor WOL to fit their culture or specific challenges.
When you form 10 Circles in a year, I will co-create a custom Circle Workbook with you at no extra cost.
When you form 20 Circles, you can have unlimited use of the Workbooks as part of your annual license.
You can run Circles entirely on your own if you like, or we can support you through onboarding, training, or ongoing guidance.
Learn from others who use WOL
WOL isn’t just a set of workbooks. It’s a proven way to spark personal growth, strengthen relationships, and shift culture. Here are a few of the many ways organizations have used it:
A national media company is launching WOL Circles as part of their onboarding process to help new colleagues feel connected and effective more quickly.
