A program that has empowered over 6,000 women
Every year I look forward to the #FrauenStärken program.
And every year I reread what past participants have said. Like Wicky Flachenecker’s reflection on her experience:
“It will have an effect on me for a long time.”
“I realized how much power there is in real networks – in mutual support, openness and connection.”
“I am deeply grateful for this journey…”
This is the sixth time the program is running. Years of women learning together and supporting each other, building skills, relationships, and confidence.
Irene Maria Kern put it this way:
“For me, WOL is more than a method – it is a space of possibility.”
I’ve watched this program grow from an idea Katharina Krentz had into something that has touched thousands of lives. It’s not a course. It’s not “training.” It’s a space where people show up as themselves and leave changed in beautiful ways.
Registration closes this Friday, January 16.
The program begins January 27.
I already have my ticket for the closing event in Hamburg on April 17, and I would love to meet some of you there.
👉 Program details & registration here. If you’d like to hear from other past participants, I’ve collected some here.
Smiling faces at the #FrauenStärken 2025 closing event in Hamburg. At the front are (L to R): Sophie Rickmann, Jens Wiemann, and Katharina Krentz, the program founder.
