In their own words
Their words give me hope. In a time when the world seems filled with division and meanness, these women created “a space of possibility” “full of trust, learning, and real connection.”
The quotes are from participants in the recent #FrauenStärken program powered by WOL.
Kathrin
"My hashtag#WOL hashtag#FrauenStärken Circle was more than a learning format. It was a space full of openness, curiosity and support. With women who became real travel companions.
And to the women from my circle: You have given me tailwind. And I jumped. Thank you for spaces full of trust, learning, and real connection.
"I overcame inner blockages again and continued to develop my strengths. In this secure community of values, this was very easy to do. I am very grateful for this environment and the space.
I am already looking forward to the onward journey together and the next round #WOL #FrauenStärken next year.”
"In these 9 weeks, I laughed, thought, marveled, doubted, shared, learned – and above all, felt: If women give each other the space to think big, then they can also achieve what they set out to do!
I come out of this circle stronger, clearer and louder – not because I have changed, but because I was allowed to remember who I am and what I can do!
It was a pleasure to be part of this amazing program."
"A time that enriched and connected us… We take so much with us: support, trust, confidence, motivation – and a completely new view of networks that thrives on hashtag#gemeinsamWIRken, real encounters and shared values.
💫 Our Circle reunion is already planned.”
“Why I fully recommend ❤️ #WOL. The Working Out Loud method is incredibly effective because it:
🔹 Clear structures
🔹 Ensures commitment through regular check-ins
🔹 A supportive network creates
🔹 Motivated to take continuous action
🔹 Perfectionism transformed into productive energy
The best for last: Our circle was so great that we decided to continue meeting monthly until the end of the year to stay on track with our goals.”
"I have rarely been accompanied so continuously, so honestly mirrored and so strongly inspired – without any pressure, but with a lot of effect!
For me, WOL is more than a method – it is a space of possibility. For real development, for the courage to be visible and for networks that are sustainable."
I attended the closing session in Hamburg with women traveling from all over Germany just to be there in person. Jutter wrote that, “Our Circle 53 is a great gift" and I understand her sense of gratitude.
Each Circle, each “space of possibility”, is a chance to push back the dark and experience the best of ourselves and others. A wonderful gift indeed.
