Meet our newest WOL Coach: Bec Vila
Bec was an early adopter of WOL, joining her first WOL Circle more than ten(!) years ago. Since then she saw the spread of WOL to over 1000 people at Mercedes-Benz, was at the famous Bosch-Daimler WOLCON in 2018 and the Leadership 2020 global tour that included WOL, and we got to know each other. (You can see us in the big group photo below at an event in Stuttgart. :-))
In every interaction—every call, email, in-person meeting—she exudes positivity and optimism. She’s one of those rare people who naturally and effortlessly lifts up other people. When you work with her you can’t help but feel better about the possibilities, and about yourself.

2. What positive difference do you aspire to make?
I am a people-connector. I love to connect people with each other and to get to know new inspiring people and exchange ideas with them. I aspire to help with networking and resilience..
3. Why WOL?
I believe in WOL and its capacities to bring people together and (re-)connect. If there wasn´t WOL, people from other companies or even countries, even if in similar jobs, would never have been in touch and working on their goals together.
