Janine Kirchhof

Janine Kirchhof is an educator and sociologist (M.A.) and an experienced HR and organizational development professional with over fifteen years of experience working across corporate, startup, and entrepreneurial environments. She has supported leaders, talents, and teams in large organizations within the automotive and fashion industries, as well as in fast-growing startups—playing an active role in building and scaling a startup from an HR perspective.

Her passion lies in the megatrend of New Work and in exploring how people can unlock their full potential in a self-determined way. As a certified Working Out Loud Coach, Life Design Coach, Design Thinking Coach, and Visual Facilitator, she designs creative learning spaces that empower individuals and teams to grow with clarity and confidence.

Within the global Working Out Loud community, Janine is known for pioneering the application of the Working Out Loud method in an onboarding context. She was the first to design and implement “Working Out Loud for Onboarding” as a dedicated use case—demonstrating how WOL can accelerate connection, learning, and belonging for new joiners from day one.

As the founder of Bold Babe and Bold Babe Works, Janine is creating an empowerment ecosystem that inspires and enables women to boldly shape their professional futures—with mindset, strategy, and the right tools. Through online programs, coaching, and thoughtfully designed products, she bridges purpose and practice, supporting women in finding clarity, freedom, and fulfillment in their careers—on their terms.
