Stacey Roques

Stacey is a coach and consultant with a practical, relational approach to personal and organizational change. She brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, organizational design, and team development, helping people navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

Her healthcare career spans roles from bedside to the boardroom, with a consistent focus on building capacity in people and systems. As the Founder and CEO of Straight Up Leadership, she works with individuals and teams to strengthen emotionally intelligent leadership, improve collaboration, and design structures that support meaningful, sustainable change.

Stacey has completed graduate level education in nursing, holds an Associate Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation and is certified in EQ 2.0.

Stacey first encountered Working Out Loud in 2021 and immediately connected with its spirit of generosity, visibility, and community. Her first circle brought together people from three countries, and the experience of harnessing the power of community to accelerate learning.
