Sophie is a business psychologist, new work facilitator, and communications expert. She consults companies to collaborate effectively and enable their employees to act as company ambassadors in order to create impact and become visible inside and outside of their organization. In 2021 she participated in the biggest open WOL #FrauenStärken program and joined afterwards the CoCreation team.
Since 2024 she is now as well active as WOL Coach and guides companies to successfully implement WOL Circles, WOL #FrauenStärken and WOL Resilience in Germany.
