Robin Leins is a consultant, trainer, and coach for leadership and teamwork at Handfest GmbH. "Handfest" is the German word for hands-on: concrete, tangible, no fluff. With over 10 years of experience and more than 1'000 workshops across Switzerland, Robin knows what it takes to help people and teams grow.

He has always worked from the bottom up - creating space for people to think together, contribute their own ideas and shape solutions that actually stick. Trained as a systemic coach and holding a Master's from ETH Zurich, he brings the methods and the experience to make that happen. He's equally at home with sceptical teams and people who thought they weren't "the workshop type." That's often where the best conversations start.

WOL fits Robin's approach like a glove: Sharing knowledge openly, building on what others contribute, moving forward step by step. Guiding a WOL circle feels like a natural extension of everything he does at Handfest.

As a father of two, Robin has learned a thing or two about preparation, last-minute adjustments and keeping a sense of humour when things don't go to plan. He brings all three to his facilitation. He works in German and English - and would rather not be tested on his French.
