WOL Coach Since: April, 2026

Niko Votsos works in Learning & Performance Management in a fintech environment, operating within a complex matrix organization. His focus lies on leadership development, enablement, and creating learning formats that translate into real action in day-to-day work.

He started his career as a trainer and consultant for international software migration projects, designing and delivering trainings for global organizations such as Bosch or Mercedes-Benz. This practical background still shapes how he approaches learning today: structured, close to reality, and always with a clear link to application.

In his current role, he is known for his calm presence, structured thinking, and the ability to guide groups through complex topics. He enjoys most working directly with the people, moderating, facilitating, and helping them turn ideas into concrete steps.

Niko is convinced that much of Learning & Development stays ineffective because it remains too abstract. Too much is discussed, too little is applied. For him, learning only creates value when it leads to visible change in everyday work.

Working Out Loud resonated with him because it takes a different approach. Instead of relying on formal training, it builds on peer exchange, networks, and small, consistent actions. Experiencing this shift early in his career changed how he thinks about development.

At Riverty, he was closely involved in bringing Working Out Loud into a leadership context. Together with John Stepper and Michael Trautmann, he supported the introduction of what later became Working Out Loud for Leaders. Since then, he has been accompanying more than 500 leaders through their Working Out Loud circles.

As a Working Out Loud coach, he creates a clear and focused space where people take ownership of their goals, support each other, and make progress tangible over time.
