Martin Geisenhainer

Martin is the founder of Participation.Rocks, an organization dedicated to participative forms of learning and work, and has been engaged in learning and knowledge programs for 20 years. He helps companies bring learning into the work context and create better framework conditions for self-organization and entrepreneurial action, including the promotion of more ecological and sustainable operations. Martin is also an organizer of industry events such as the Swiss Social Collaboration Summit, which focuses on collaborative ways of working and learning together.
