Mara Tolja

Mara has been delivering WOL Programs across Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. Pioneering Working Out Loud in a Collaboration Center of Excellence, with Founder John Stepper, she has been part of the WOL movement since its inception.

After managing teams in London and Sydney, Mara created her own consulting company as well as a global community of change agents called Connectle that’s dedicated to connected work.
