Konstanze Kampfer

As an Agile Coach, WOL Coach, and New Work expert, I support people in actively, autonomously, and purposefully shaping their work environment. I have a special gift for warmly welcoming people, engaging each individual, and motivating them for the task at hand. I work primarily with leaders and teams, helping them build agile structures. Timeboxing is one of my key strengths, which is why I emphasize that participants take responsibility for their contributions, arrive on time, and come prepared—greatly enhancing the learning experience.

I love the challenge of presenting complex topics in a clear, creative, and visual way, and I have a keen eye for making content concise, appealing, and easy to understand. My expertise in New Work enables me to introduce innovative ways of working that foster motivation, initiative, and a sense of purpose. Guided by an ethical compass, I support people thoughtfully in their development and help them move toward their ideal future roles.
