Katja Keufner grew up in the fast-paced world of L’Oréal, stepping into leadership early and quickly discovering what truly drives her: seeing the individual, recognizing strengths, and creating the conditions for people and teams to thrive. Her purpose is clear — helping people learn and grow in a true test-and-learn culture. For Katja, there are no failures, only insights, learning, and progress. She fosters trust, transparency, inclusion, and psychological safety so people feel empowered to experiment and grow.

Over the years, her career expanded across marketing, sales, category management, training, and coaching — yet her focus never changed: the human being in front of her. She listens for what someone naturally does best and helps them turn talent into lasting strengths. To Katja, work should energize people, strengthen self-confidence, and feel meaningful.

As a Gallup® CliftonStrengths-certified coach, Katja founded her own strengths-based coaching company, “AID®. Alles in Dir. Stärken-Coaching.” The name reflects her deep belief that every person already carries the answers within themselves. Her role is to help people reconnect with those inner strengths and bring them to the surface.

Colleague mentoring has been an integral part of her leadership journey from day one, more than 25 years ago — an experience that continues to shape her work as a Working Out Loud® Strengths coach today. Guided by the motto “Sharing is caring,” Katja believes in the power of collective intelligence and learning on equal footing — regardless of hierarchy, title, or experience. What makes her approach unique is her ability to truly see each individual through the lens of their unique strengths, rather than treating people as “just another group“. In her circles, she creates positivity, connectedness, trust, and meaningful individual human connection.
