Jens is an innovation expert and user experience designer. He first got in touch with Working Out Loud when designing a new look for the WOL #FrauenStärken program and soon took over the redesign of the global WOL brand ecosystem.
Since 2021, he is part of the #FrauenStärken co-creation team, has supported the WOL team to create a consistent brand look and feel across all digital and physical touchpoints and aims to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
Starting in 2024, he is now active as WOL for Teams Coach and Chief Innovation Officer of Connecting Humans, with which he supports the WOL movement internationally.
