I live in France near the German border and work in Saarbrücken, Germany. I have worked in banking for more than 30 years and currently combine two roles. I lead a small internal audit team and I also serve as Women’s Representative in my organization.
Over the years, I became increasingly interested in how people grow through connection, trust, and meaningful relationships. Alongside my professional work, I am also trained as a Mental First Aider and care deeply about creating spaces where people feel safe to speak openly, support each other, and grow.
Networking has become an important part of my work and life. I enjoy connecting people, building communities, and helping others feel more confident in sharing ideas and experiences. I care a lot about visibility, especially for people who may not naturally put themselves in the spotlight.
LinkedIn became an unexpected part of this journey for me. I use it to learn openly, make work visible, build meaningful relationships, and connect people and ideas that otherwise might never meet.
I am also interested in how people can shape their work in ways that create more meaning, energy, and purpose. In many ways, discovering WOL felt familiar to me because many of its principles already matched how I naturally like to work with people. .
