Inês Crisóstomo

Inês Crisóstomo is the ADVANCE Mentoring Program Coordinator and a member of the Gender Equality Office at the University of Luxembourg. With over a decade of experience in researcher development, Inês’s work centers on empowering researchers and teams, supporting their professional development, which she believes forms the very foundation of excellent research.

Originally trained as a biologist Inês brings a researcher’s curiosity and structured thinking into her work. She cares deeply about creating environments where people feel supported, challenged, and connected.

She has worked at research institutions in the USA, Austria, and Portugal and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), certified both as a coach/mentor and as a manager of mentoring and coaching programs.
