David Hillmer

I'm David Hillmer - Agile Coach, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, and Managing Director of HelloAgile, based in Wiesbaden, Germany. Together with my team, I help organizations build modern collaboration, applied New Work, and a genuine agile culture. HelloAgile is one of Germany's leading providers for certifications in OKR, Scrum, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Agile Coaching, and New Leadership.

Beyond training, we support companies in implementing agile frameworks, guiding transformation processes, and facilitating workshops and events. I'm also the author of the leading German-language book on LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®: "PLAY! Der unverzichtbare LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Praxisguide" - and host of the podcast "Unboxing New Work."

I met my co-founder through my first WOL Circle back in 2018. My second circle, which started in 2024, turned into one of my closest networks - we still meet every other Friday and do a workation together once a year.
