Connie Wu (吴传娟)

Shanghai, China

WOL Coach Since: 2019

Connie is the first person to spread WOL in China. Her WOL story is featured in the 2nd edition of Working Out Loud, where John refers to her as “unstoppable.”

She obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree from Emlyon Business School in 2022. Her main research field is supply chain; current interests include organizational and personal capability development in the AI era.

With 6 years of teaching experience and over 20 years in supply chain management at multinational companies, she is now a consultant on corporate transformation and talent development in AI-driven, end-to-end sustainable supply chain development.

Do you agree that what ultimately undermines organizational competitiveness is not AI agents per se, but the inability to foster synergistic growth between artificial intelligence and human intelligence?

A Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) serves as a critical “bridge” between industry and academia, orchestrating co-creation by:

  • leveraging scientific methodologies to deconstruct fundamental problems;

  • grounding analysis to decipher underlying mechanisms;

  • improving the theoretical framework through insights generated from business scenarios.

Key steps of the value co-creation model include

  • identifying the real problem underlying the surface puzzles;

  • aligning objectives, output, and outcome through the programme;

  • developing tailor-made programme materials;

  • deploying professionals to support pilot projects;

  • scaling transformation accompanied by “Human-AI-Fit” optimization.

  • 运用科学的研究方法,对核心基础问题进行解构与剖析;

  • 立足于实务场景进行深度分析,从而揭示问题背后的深层运作机制;

    该价值共创模型的关键实施步骤包括:

  • 透过表面的困局与疑点,精准识别并定位问题的本质;

  • 对齐目标设定、产出成果与最终成效;

  • 针对具体需求与场景,量身定制专属的培训与辅导材料;

  • 调动专业资源,为试点项目的落地与实施提供强有力的支持;
