That's why I founded HelloAgile—one of the leading consultancies and certification providers for OKRs, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Collaboration, and New Leadership.

To share what I've learned, I've written two books: The OKR Playbook and Agile Business Games, which together have sold around 10,000 copies.

As the founder of HelloAgile, I'm a frequent keynote speaker on topics like New Leadership, Transformation, and Business Agility. On the consulting side, my focus is on successful transformation programs in companies with more than 1,000 employees—everything from rolling out OKRs to driving cultural shifts and guiding full-scale organizational transformations.
