Carolin Wesche

Mühlheim, Germany

WOL Coach Since: June, 2026

Soft skills are hard facts. You can know every framework, every method, but if something inside is blocked, theory alone won’t move you.

That’s exactly where Carolin works. She combines somatic, scientifically grounded methods with professional experience to help her clients overcome emotional blocks that keep them from their full potential, their visibility, their success, and the relationships they want.

Before founding her own practice, Carolin worked in sales and marketing at FMCG companies. In 2022 she left the corporate world to work in a more meaningful and people-centered way.

She is a trained systemic coach and among the first few thousand people in Germany to practice PEP® developed by Dr. Michael Bohne (Process & Embodiment-Focused Psychology including tapping). It is a method that combines psychodynamic, systemic, behavioral, and hypnotherapeutic approaches to activate real, lasting self-efficacy. In addition to her professional expertise, she draws heavily on insights from her personal development journey.

She started with communication workshops in medical practices and has since expanded into corporate coaching. Her work bridges two worlds that rarely meet: body-oriented somatic work and the business environment.

Her goal is to make somatic work accessible to more people, as it has the potential to bring about profound change: sustainably reducing stress patterns, releasing emotional blockages, and fostering a greater sense of ease and joy in life and work.

This is precisely where the connection to WOL comes in for her. People come together with their individual goals, support one another, and build connections, which is also a major factor for happiness and health. For her the feeling of belonging to a like-minded group with a growth mindset makes WOL even more attractive.

She loves to connect people and to encourage them to walk their own path. So, combining her coaching work with WOL just seems like a perfect fit.
