Barb Dunn-Swanson

Barbara Dunn Swanson is a dedicated Health and Human Sciences Extension educator at Iowa State University who first participated in a WOL circle in 2015 and has been an enthusiastic advocate for circle experiences ever since. Trained as a Kindergarten teacher Barb brings a spirit of caring, thoughtful decision-making, empathetic listening, and clear, effective communication to every space she serves. Known for her authentic leadership, deep commitment to community, and collaborative nature, she strives to connect with all audiences to make a meaningful difference for people across Iowa and beyond.
